Welcome to Le Nid de Marla, a pleasant air-conditioned studio for two people, located in the Terra Bella residence, on the heights of Porticcio. Just a 5-minute drive from the beach and the maritime shuttle for visiting Ajaccio, this modest accommodation promises rest, relaxation, and discovery.
Comprising a living room with a double bed leading to a terrace, this studio invites you to relax while admiring the spectacular view of the Gulf of Ajaccio. The dining area and well-equipped kitchenette offer everything necessary for preparing good meals, while the bathroom with WC completes this small functional space.
The kitchenette is equipped with all essentials: vitroceramic cooktop, mini oven, toaster, classic and capsule coffee maker, large refrigerator, washing machine, and kitchen utensils.
The terrace facing the Gulf of Ajaccio is equipped with a table, chairs, beach chairs, an electric barbecue and a parasol.
The Terra Bella residence offers you an unheated outdoor pool, tennis courts, a city stadium, and padel courts.
Porticcio, with its beautiful large sandy beach and surroundings, offers a variety of sports and leisure activities for all tastes, as well as shops.

Le nid de Marla is located in Porticcio at the Terra Bella residence, about 15 minutes south of Ajaccio and about 1 hour 30 minutes north of Propriano . Access via D55 and D155 .
On the island, winding roads are omnipresent, so it is better to estimate a trip in time rather than in kilometers. So here are some landmarks to give you a better idea:
- Airport : about 10 minutes drive.
- Port : about 20 minutes by car.
- Train station : about 20 minutes by car.
Porticcio offers everything necessary for a pleasant stay. You will find many shops , a beautiful and large sandy beach , as well as a wide range of activities and leisure options for all ages.

In the low season (excluding July and August), arrival and departure are flexible depending on our schedule, with a minimum stay of 3 to 4 nights depending on the day.
In high season, stays are from Saturday to Saturday or from Wednesday to Saturday, with a minimum of 7 or 10 nights.
Prices do not include the tourist tax which will be extra, per adult per day, € 0.68 in winter/€0.80 in low season/€1.01 in mid-season/€1.44 in shoulder season/€1.76 in high season.

Vue magnifique
C’est le 3ème séjour que je passe dans cet appartement. Ce studio est tout confort, il ne manque rien . La vue de la terrasse est magnifique sur le golfe d’Ajaccio. Très calme pour des vacances reposantes. Je recommande fortement ce logement.De plus , Jellica est une hôte super sympa, très souriante, dynamique , réactive , qui est de bons conseils et à l’écoute. Un studio pour de merveilleuses vacances…

Agréable studio
Nous avons séjourné 4 semaines dans cet agréable studio climatisé sur les hauteurs de Porticcio. L'appartement est très confortable et fonctionnel. La terrasse avec vue sur le golfe d'Ajaccio permet des moments relaxants avec en prime des couchers de soleil extraordinaires. La plage est à proximité et la résidence est équipée d'une piscine que nous avons appréciée. La situation géographique permet les déplacements dans de nombreuses directions. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir dans cette location.
