Minavita is located in Castello Rosso in Ruppione , approximately 30 minutes south of Ajaccio and 1 hour 10 minutes north of Propriano . Two main roads lead to this place: the D55 and the D155 .
Given the twists and turns of this beautiful region, let's estimate a journey in time rather than kilometers. By default, distances are indicated in kilometers, but here are some indications to give you an idea:
- Airport : approximately 30 minutes by car.
- Port : about 35 minutes by car.
- Train station : approximately 35 minutes by car.
Le Ruppione offers all the basic necessities for a pleasant stay, numerous local shops , a beautiful sandy beach, very pretty coves and plenty of water , hiking and family activities .

A pre-authorization of €1000 is held on 0 days before arrival and voided on 7 days after departure

Rental generally available from late March to mid-October.
In the low season (excluding July and August), arrival and departure are flexible depending on our schedule, with a minimum stay of 3 to 4 nights depending on the day.
In high season, stays are from Saturday to Saturday or from Wednesday to Saturday, with a minimum of 7 or 10 nights.
Prices do not include the tourist tax which will be extra, per adult per day, €0.68 in low season/€0.76 in mid-season/€0.99 in shoulder season/€1.14 in high season.

Emplacement idéal avec vue mer, à recommander, accueil très sympa de Jellica, réactive à nos demandes elle nous a même trouvé des boules de pétanque.

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable en Corse. La maison est un véritable havre de paix : calme, bien équipée et parfaitement pensée, tout y était pour que nous ne manquions de rien. L’environnement est magnifique, idéal pour se détendre et profiter de la beauté de l’île. L’accueil a été chaleureux et attentionné, ce qui a rendu notre expérience encore plus agréable. Nous repartons reposés, le cœur rempli de beaux souvenirs, et avec une seule envie : revenir au plus vite !

C’est la 6ème année consécutive que nous venons dans cette charmante maison en face de notre plage préférée au Rupionne. Un petit paradis ! Accueil chaleureux et plein de bons conseils et petites adresses.

Vue imprenable sur la rive sud
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Minavita, Jellica nous a très bien accueillis et conseillés. Elle a été réactive en cas de problème pendant le séjour. La maison possède un équipement complet pour cuisiner et de ce qu’il faut pour accueillir un bébé. Vous profiterez d’une vue absolue magnifique sur la mer et le coucher de soleil depuis la terrasse ou la véranda.

Super accueil
Nous avons apprécié notre séjour à Minavita. L'équipement général était très satisfaisant. L'accès au parking est un peu sportif !On s'habitue. A souligner le super accueil et les prestations de Jellica

Notre petit coin de paradis au Rupione
Depuis 5 ans, nous retrouvons notre petit coin de paradis, à côté d’une plage calme et agréable. La maison est parfaitement équipée avec un bel espace extérieur et une belle vue. On se sent comme chez soi.
